Tuberculosis of the Skin—Assessment of Clinical and Histological Changes Following Isonicotinic Acid Hydrazide Therapy

Diet.?Non-vegetarian. Clinical Findings.?Moderately nourished boy. The lesion presented itself as a raised area on the right thigh just below the inguinal region, 4^-" X 34" in size. Edge was hypopigmented. The centre was more raised than the border and had a warty appearance and feel. Moderate amount of crusting in one or two areas near the centre. Similar lesion on the right foot, involving the second and third toe and extending beyond the toes on to the ventral surface of the foot.
